Annual Theme 2024: Workforce Well-Being
The WFSA Annual Theme brings together the expertise of WFSA’s Committees to focus on a vital aspect of anaesthesia which impacts our members, the well-being of their patients and national health systems.
Throughout 2024, WFSA will be raising awareness of the importance and impact of well-being on the anaesthesia workforce and the patients they serve.
Through expert-led webinars, congress sessions, published educational resources and much more, the WFSA Annual Theme 2024 will explore multiple aspects of well-being over the year, seeking best practices and strategies to help fortify anaesthesia providers against stress and prioritise their overall well-being.
