Constitution Committee
The Constitution Committee supports proper and effective governance of WFSA by reviewing and recommending revisions to WFSA’s Constitutional documents as required.
Key Committee Aims:
- Recommend to the Board and Council revisions to the Constitutional documents that will facilitate the work of WFSA.
- Ensure that the latest version of the Articles of Association and By-Laws are available to all WFSA members.
- Ensure that all WFSA policies are in line with the By-Laws.
- Guide the Council in presenting proposed amendments, with explanation, at the relevant meeting of the General Assembly.
