Moderated by Desirée Chappell (United States), this session brings together a diverse panel of women anaesthesiologists: Daniela Filipescu (Romania), Carolina Haylock Loor (Honduras), Susan Goobie (United States), Fauzia Khan (Pakistan), Idit Matot (Israel), and Hélène Bassama (Senegal).
Held in memory of WFSA Past President Jannicke Mellin-Olsen, the discussion will highlight the remarkable achievements of women in the field, the challenges they have faced, and the strategies they have used to overcome them.
