2025 General Assembly
The 2025 WFSA General Assembly took place on Sunday 29 June. This primarily focused on financial matters with presentation of the 2024 financial statements and 2025 budget. Please find below the final agenda and full set of papers.
The draft minutes are now available for Member Societies’ review. These will be approved at our next General Assembly taking place as a hybrid meeting in Marrakech, Morocco on the afternoon of Wednesday 15 April 2026.

The leaderships of Member Societies in good standing were informed of their delegate entitlement for the 2025 General Assembly. The number of Delegates a Member Society is entitled to is proportional to the number of individual members it has declared to WFSA in its most recent annual survey, and for which it paid membership dues (2024).
The number of Delegates is calculated according to the scale below:

| 501-1000 | 3 |
| 1001-2000 | 4 |
| 2001-3000 | 5 |
| each further 1000 or fraction thereof | 1 |
