2025 General Assembly
The 2025 WFSA General Assembly will be held on Sunday 29 June at 13.00 BST (GMT+1). Agenda and papers will be added to this page as soon as available. WFSA Member Societies will be able to attend this virtually.
The number of Delegates a Member Society is entitled to is proportional to the number of individual members it has declared to WFSA in its most recent annual survey, and for which it has paid membership dues.
The number of Delegates is calculated according to the scale below:

| Less than 251 | 1 |
| 251-500 | 2 |
| 501-1000 | 3 |
| 1001-2000 | 4 |
| 2001-3000 | 5 |
| each further 1000 or fraction thereof | 1 |
